If I'm swapping my op, what happens to my relic buildings (greenhouse and conservatories) are they returned to me through building storage or are they tokens put in my inventory, or are they lost forever or do they stay in the outpost?
I believe the latter isn't true, but I just want to make sure i still have my other stuff.

If you surrender the outpost (And it is NOT captured by another player), anything left in the outpost will be deleted, and not returned to the player. This included troops, tools, decoration items and relic buildings.
In the event of an outpost being captured by another player, decoration items and relic buildings are returned to storage, as are (I believe) tools. Any troops safe in a stronghold are also sent back to your main castle.
With regards to Districts, I have no idea what'll happen with these. I would imagine they would stay in the castle, though, as they wouldn't be able to remove the District, or return it back to your storage (in the event of a capture) due to it having buildings inside it.
