My HOL is sitting on 214, it will  not let me upgrade to 215. I have checked and I have the resources to move up, any ideas on how to move on?

What is your own legendary XP level? You cannot upgrade your HOL to 215 if your legendary XP level is still 214.
If your XP level is higher, there must be some kind of bug. Try reloading the game in your browser.

My HOL is stuck at 550. My experience level is 670. I have reloaded my browser numerous times but it still stuck on 550.

That is the max level for HOL.I think.
