good afternoon

i am on the understanding that they just occasionally pop up similar to rvs for the first person to cap it and build it up, is this correct?

if so do we know how often this happens, if not how do these things come around

I believe more appear when a certain amount of players join the server

In the past few years, the number of players has only decreased, so no new capitals, metros, royal towers, not even resource villages in the other parts of the kingdom have popped up anymore. At least this is true for the server I'm on.

The only new accounts these days are clone accs and/or temporary accs made by players who want to check that server. So we won't be seeing any more of these in the near future.
