I didn't, but then it would have been early morning for me. I view it as progress: The breaking of things is moving farther up the chain. Now instead of breaking some more things in the game, the update is broken before they can even try to install it....

I thought it said 50k to join i bought 11 passes so that my gold coins goin , i am not a ruby player , and i am like chum there been swamped with 20 attacks so far , fully burning 10k to put down hopefully my point will go and none will bother with me.

It is full of ruby whales with relic cast and coms

50 million is more than doable if you take in to account how easy it is to get nomad chests and convert those points in to coins.
At least that's how I look at it.
I understand this is not as easy as it seems for everyone...

If the overal feedback remains negative I don't expect them to keep it this way.

Most cant join till it changes again anyways due to the cost to get in ...daft advice

Raising the cost to get in is just stupid...this won't last. Things just keep getting worse on this game.

Now I see that my alternative theory(which I didn't present earlier) was the correct one. I should have gone with it though. Seems every time the update doesn't happen as scheduled, but gets done on a 'new' schedule that implements the update as part of the launch of an updated event the players take it up the backside really, really hard.

No you don't. You are given a 70/800 level when you enter. You can be whatever level you are in main game.

IF you have 50M coins laying around with no use for them...........
