anyone else jammed on level three despite having met the criteria?
ticket logged weeks ago, got a more engaging response than usual (hurrah) but no action (as usual)... not really a biggie as no real need for the coats of arms now as the whole mead/brewery upgrade is effectively out of reach given the way construction tokens are doled out in penny numbers and that outers is prohibitively expensive.
