I have a few questions about the Wheel of Fortune.

1. How many tickets on average are needed to place top 10 and get the bakery look item? 

2. Does the Wheel of fortune change to a better wheel after you reach level 70?

3. When competing with other players  on the leaderboard to get the rewards such as the bakery look item, are you competing with everyone on the server or just people in your level category (eg 20-29, 50-69)

after you reach level 70, you get a "better wheel" it is called "The Wheel of Unimaginable Affluence." however, Though there are very good prizes, it's hard to get even one ticket without buying them or buying rubies.

1. All servers would be different but on a smaller one here in AU its at least 10k.
