Topic: [377912] Is there a way to abandon an outpost?

I did a bonehead move and selected the wrong outpost, by the time I realized that I did a dumb dumb it was too late to call the team back.

Is there a way I can simply pull my castellan out/ abandon the outpost once they arrive? I don't see an option to do so with my first outpost, unless of course I am simply looking in the wrong spots.

Yes, Boo Masters does this all the time. You can withdraw your troops and surrender your outpost after you have formally captured it. Capturing it takes several hours.

The outpost was AI controlled, I got it the instant my troops arrived. I already got all stationed troops packing back to my castle. Where do I find the surrender outpost thingy?

EDIT: Found it, its in Management, which you can find by hovering your cursor over the Castle Overview button, it is sandwiched between hunting lodge and research

First go inside the outpost you want to surrender, then put your mouse on overview (IT will look like a scroll next to the bag of rubies) and select the chair, then select surrender outpost, however, make sure to have all troops out because anything still in it will be lost.
