where will i find "stone shell level 1" in the game - i assume it is a research item but cant find it

Does anyone happen to know what resources are needed to upgrade to level 6 wall (aka Stone Shell level 1) please?

wall upgrade that can be unlocked in the HOL - need to win sceats to do so

Ahh, need sceats to unlock lvl 6 wall research in HoL, then a bunch of construction and upgrade tokens to do the actual upgrade of the wall.
