So, at my main castle I currently have no troops. None at all, and I have none stationed anywhere. But, whenever I go to recruit any troops, it says that my food consumption is maxed out, I look where my troop numbers are and it says 0, and again I do not have any troops stationed anywhere. This is only happening at my main castle, none of my OPS or other castles have this issue. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Try building more Food production buildings

Could you show a screenshot of that message?
When I recruit troops, the game doesn't care at all about how much food production I have... It just deletes troops whenever I run out of food.

If you recently capped a new outpost, and sent support to it from your main castle there is a bug for a few days after capturing the op that consumption is bugged from where you sent support from. It should fix itself in a couple days, if not, contact support https://support.goodgamestudios.com/

Heres a screenshot, I have no troops, all my outposts I have captured were quite a while back and I didn't run into this issue when capturing any of them. I tried putting another farm house which had no effect.

Those would consume food from his main castle.

Not sure what the cause is, @SlagathorSwayer (US1)I suggest you contact support.
