What is your definition of "Best"? Where it is competitive between several Alliances? Where one Alliance dominates (and you can try to join them)? Or where anyone who is marginally active can get top prizes?

Some of the real small ones can be boring but easy.............

thanks for answering where there is least war and i only care for glory collecting events so i dont like one dominating others but competition between some alliances

and another question if i use protection mode can i extend it without it being broken in middle

Your Ops will be safe as long as you are not in a war-struck ally.

And no you cant extend protection mode. You have to wait for 3 days after your protection gets over to go in bird again.
