I am reaching level 70 pretty soon and I wanted to know if anyone had any tips or heads ups on gameplay. I know after level 70, it's a whole different ballgame but I just would like to know what I should expect so I can be ready. Thanks!

Biggest change?  Don't expect to get top prizes for a while.

Focus on building your HOL and Granaries.... Scoring 40k glory at least every hit or so in the blood crow foreign lords will level you fast you get 5k exp per 40k glory. Events are a lot harder to compete in. When I hit level 70 you used to be able to make top 50 in events spending very little the bar is now extremely high and prizes are not that worthwhile. Focusing on gold and silver help. Same with Kingdoms league. Get sceats. Relic equipment is also a great focus 120//120 or better. If you're going to spend $50 use it on the super sale tab. All those build items and decos make your castle super strong and if you spent that on an event you would be lucky to get a build item.

As said above, you should focus on HOL most importantly. Granaries can be upgraded as well though HOL is possibly most important for levelling up since it's much easier to gain XP from glory events with more waves of attack (which you can unlock at HOL level 120 and HOL level 360). Ask for alliance help with upgrading HOL, FLs are good to loot from main for kingdom resources whilst Nomads/Samurais are good events for filling with wood/stone if your alliance can stack you with kingdom resources. Make sure to purchase plenty of time skips for this though, HOL upgrades take time so a construction reduction time on your castellan hero can be quite useful. Good luck levelling up
