Hi my troops are dying because I dont have enough mead..... I didnt even know I had mead.... how do I get it to stop the troops from dying?

You may not have mead production facilities built in your castles

You will need to improve your mead production rate by constructing buildings such as an apiary and brewery. You can also construct a mead distillery which acts in the same way as a standard bakery does for food, just make sure you have enough mead production in the castles you're holding mead troops in so that they don't starve.
