Hey, so I'm wondering whether I should do destroy my 10 levels 6 Dwellings now, or wait until I do all the dwelling quests? Also is the drill ground ruby building worth it?

If your are a completionist, then know it will take you quite a long time to get all the dwellings up to the required levels before you can destroy them.

But, if you don't care about the game's story line, you can just build what you want, when you want to.  

You may miss out on XP rewards, but that is up to you.

Drill ground?  Useful at lower levels........
