So in some server, i saw this Castle appearance item, and i want to know, when we able to buy it, or how can we get it, it is a special offer thing, or its some previous event award? Here's the pictures.

Kind of hard to see, but these could be part of an update from way back in August of 2019. 




Can they still be bought?

No idea.  But, likely they have gone the way of the trash heap...............
