can someone explains how five-finger discount perk works??
I've put 10 points into it so just want to make sure its right.
do you +50% more resources after attacking an npc....or is it you get 50% more LOOT CAPACITY???

There is a base amount you loot and then all the other loot bonusses, like this one, get added together and then you get the total amount you loot. So yes, this is a 50% bonus.
