Does anyone know what the green and yellow bar mean/represent in the Next Title box on the bottom left of the Kingdom's League information box?

I may be wrong but presumed that the yellow shows your current level on that title, the green shows when your ready for your next title up. ?

The green bar is your progress towards the next rank, the yellow bar shows where you will be if you get your current medal.
