If i do the duty points and complete them 45 construction tokens and 170 upgrade tokens plus 6 relic gems

and i did this every day will i get that amount every day

You can only do it once. Once you have met the point threshold you cannot complete it any further. The reward it says there will be the reward you get at the end of the event.
