I've recently setup a castle in The Everwinter Glacier; built with Dwelling, Storehouse, Market Place, Stables..etc. Why unable to send resources/units from my main castle in The Great Empire to this newly setup castle in The Everwinter Glacier?

click map to kingdoms .  right bottom on your screen bleu/white/red circle
click in next screen the world you would select, a pop-up screen appears.
click right button  . send resources
