it's part of a Unique set - if you have all the pieces add them to a commander ! is a decent 90/90 with 100CY and moat good for storm attacks !

90 range / 90 melee -sorry 90 courtyard plus other effects - not savvy enough to screenshot but i have 2 i still use on NPC's
