who knows what this means? when trying to upgrade my level 13 barracks to level 14 it says "unlocked by skill: mead hall level 1" what is mead hall level 1 and what do I need to get it? cheers in advance.

Those type of high-level buildings need to be unlocked in the hall of legends.

you'll also nead lvl 650 legend lvl and sceats which is from storm island and league
