I've seen a couple threads on this, but has anyone got a definitive answer on what's the deal with the red pants guy? Here's a screenshot of him turned away, facing my keep. I've seen him in my outposts, on top of strongholds and other places, but never any prompt or info about who he is.
I've seen some speculation about him but nothing concrete. Have we found out anything about the red pants guy??
