Hey guys, Im new to the game and I was searching for an outpost to capture. I found this developed food outpost with the owner in ruins. I know that even in ruins the outposts are alliance property. So I messaged the leader asking for his permission. However I noticed there were only two people in the alliance, and the description said "retirement" alliance. What does that mean? And should I bother even trying to get that developed outpost?

are players who have stopped playing (or they are multi-accounts). the account normally expires assuming that password sharing is not allowed, according to the T&C of GGS. Usually they are accounts that use bg's as farm accounts, or accounts to eg provoke a war if someone wants to steal outpost. wouldn't bother myself too much
