I am level 30 now but when I was around 20-25 I received an offer to buy some rubies and I would also get a Unique piece or set of equipment, I'm not very sure what it was but it was quite strong.

Unfortunately I couldn't buy rubies at that moment but since then I have been waiting patiently for it or a similar offer to pop up again to buy it. However, it never does. Do I have to do something to make it appear again or was it a one-time thing and I am never going to see it again?

I have never again bought rubies but this offer looked very appealing to make me buy. I guess nobody knows exactly how the ruby offers algorithm works (?) but perhaps some of you have managed from experience to figure out how they work and what their frequency is?

if you buy rubies now they could show up, at leat mostly they show up after some-one buys rubies

Does it work only with rubies or with the event/benefit bundles too?
