What the fasts way to fire cast a castle

A better question would be: How to get into jail fast?

Jokes aside, the best way to fire cast a castle is by using as many troops as possible, maybe have a commander who does extra fire cast and more troops who survive will be able to cast fire.

Fire cast, short for castellan, is something that prevents fires ;-). There is no "fast" way to equip one of these.

Well, it does speed up things quite a bit if you attack lots of robber baron castles to collect fire cast equipment, and forge useless pieces without fire protection to have more change of better pieces with fire protection.
