I was wondering if there is a way to find all of your support troops and which castle they belong too?

Since I know when I sent troops to capture outposts, etc; that until I build the barracks at the new location, they are still feed by the original castle.

What I want to know is how to figure that out? Meaning how can I figure out which troops where trained at the castle/outpost and those which are from other castle/outpost I own?

Since I want to send just the original troops back to their respectful castles.
