Hello can anyone tell me the difference between Level 8 Marketplace and Level 9 Marketplace

all i see is level 8 has 105 carts and Level 9 has 85 carts do i lose the ability to send what i could on level 8 ?

The current 105 you see are your market barrows including your build item. Your total capacity will increase with level 9.
