For the daily tasks it has a part where it says ask alliance for help one time,
How do I do that ?

Recruit a soldier and press the bright blue button '+1' on the screen...directly under the recruitment slots. Either that or build/upgrade a building, press on the build and select the red and green w/ hourglass option for construction help. I'll assume only the first applies to you if your a new player

thank you yes i m new player and click on blue button +1 helped me, it asked to add 5 unit for recruitment and i added and it worked, great
