Hi lords,
my castle was just attacked and defeated.
the incoming showed, two waves of 30+88+30, all veteran demons.
I adjusted my defense and and defeated the attack from bit the flanks.
but the report shows that there were a total of 1000 attackers and 880 reached my courtyard.
am i missing something or is it a hack or glitch of some kind??

They either had an item which gives shield-maidens in courtyard attacked, or you didn't see the new courtyard wave, which was introduced in the October Update.

it was a lvl23 player and no there was no only courtyard: wave...…

The shield maiden support only work if they gain entry to the courtyard, the new update has a seperate courtyard attack that does not show up on the incomming attacks, similar to the maiden support piece, I think what your saying is you managed to stop the attacks on the wall, but the courtyard battle still took place, I have spoken to many other players where this has happened, So how do they get in, your guess is as good as mine, it was part of the update that I didnt like, and a part that has made it a lot worse, but it doesnt always seem to work out like that, somtimes you can stop them on the wall and other times they magically sneak past or dig a hole under the wall, this is part of the update that has sadly been rushed or done on purpose to burn more troops so you have to replace them, I dunno what to say, but if our extra troops on the wall cant stop them on the wall then whats the point, I think the design had £ or $'s in there eyes, and never actually played it or took the time to think about it, but hey we still have unique coms in the quest book that you can only do when your level 70, so they obviosly rush updates and dont think about things or do anything half decnt.
