well,i recently reached level 650 and all we know about the nightmare of geting sceats, i thought once i reach level 650 i could obtain sceats from rank up in the kingdom league but im still having tokens, idk if i have to wait one month till it refreshes and then i can get sceats there or maybe reaching a specific level? Thanks

Yeah, you'll have to wait until the next Kingdoms League. You'll find getting the monthly battle pass worthwhile if you really try to get a decent rank every day. It doubles your sceats every unlocks basically. 

Remember it also helps to get more building tokens and construction tokens which are the most important. I find I can get a castle complete with a decent mead set up about once a month. But, it takes a while to get your mead buildings unlocked in the first place especially if you wait.

But, Kingdoms League is the best way to get sceats hands down. You can also farm them in Storm Islands. So, while you're waiting for your league to reset start getting as many build tokens as you can. I never have enough.
