So...This guy and I both wanted a high-level outpost whose player was in ruins. I got the outpost first, the guy kicked me out of the outpost later and now is occupying it. What's the polite thing to do? Do I find another outpost or do I take that outpost back?
I'm new to the game, so sorry if some of the things I write seem...noobish.

The best thing to do is screenshot a BR... and send it to the diplomat/higher ranks members of the Alliance in question. So, it obviously shows that you occupied the outpost first. Usually, they are pretty good about giving it back to you. It's sort of an unspoken server rule unless you are at war and it is a nice standard on the server.

however, this is never a guarantee. And, also depends on if the player was in ruins and outside of an Alliance or per said "rules" it belongs to the Alliance and its families. If said player in Ruins would be in an Alliance in the first place.

I've been dealing with this a lot in my Alliance. Recently we've got a string of new younger players. And, they are all hungry for powerful outposts. Thinking they can just take and do whatever they want because we are an Alliance in or near the top 10. While going to have to rely on the Alliance constantly for support in those outposts. Because they aren't powerful enough to support themselves nor would they be able to send it to themselves from any other property they own themselves.

It's sad because most of them won't take my advice on 3 outpost clusters. Which I could find for them and really want an outpost prebuilt with all the ruby buildings and level 30 granaries. I can find and talk to players about outposts that are decently started with some of that stuff most of the time. My suggestion has always been to starting players. Don't use your free move wait until level 31 and I'll just get you to move to a spot with 3 great outposts and a lot of great meta-building for what they can't really even acquire. But, it's never something they want.

I've rebuilt my outposts all 3 fully 2 or 3 times. Last time I did it. I had all 3 to level 70 meta with level 1 granaries in about 4 days or a little more. Nomads get this done super quick due to the amount of loot you can just grind from them super quickly.

Could try messaging Archer... But, honestly isn't likely they'll give it back.

Archer usually is a pretty nice guy though...

Don't be afraid to talk to people. Especially larger more powerful players some of them might teach you things.
