why can't you buy an inner district, the same as you can with trade districts and military districts

Know what the worst part is. The prize pool for getting on at level 950 is the smallest on US1 compared to all other servers. It's 200/75/3 even the levels before them. Get better access. 800-949 goes 200/100/5 or something like that. DE1 is 300/150/10 at level 950... For some reason, GGE wants to make level 950 work harder and pay a lot more to get one on US1. I literally worked it out. And, I am more than likely only going to need one for my main castle anyway. I'll have to check in the outer Kingdoms. But, for the great empire having one in my main is the only thing that makes sense.
