When a successful espionage happens, do the troop numbers include any troops in the stronghold?

I don't know. But, here is how you test it out so I don't have to. Leave a few of a unique set of troops in your castle inside the stronghold... send the rest away the unique units away. have an Alliance member spy on your castle. Look at BR.
