help *****(Edit By Pinky: No names please!) is a hacker he must be removed he is threatning to have his cousin hack me he has hijacked others accounts and he also has multiple accounts please some one stop him

well don't expect it to be resolved within 15 minutes of contacting them. i hope you gave them concrete proof, else they won't be able to help you.

he has been mentioned by others to be hackers multiple complaint is pretty concrete

If you have the mail with contents of him claiming he has the means to hack into accounts and causing damage to you or friend's accounts, then just attach the mail to support in complaint of another player. Only in-game threats like turning your castle into a BBQ pit, or killing every last soldier you have are condoned. This type of threat, which surpasses boundaries and intrudes into real life is NOT condoned.

They dont do squad against them either. We have a couple of ppl in our world that are well known for their abusive behaviour. i.e Real life threats, serious namecalling, and they have been reported various times with screenshots.

The result? The players are still there, doing their thing.

Threats are threats, whether you are capable of actually doing them or not. If I would threaten to kill you and your family I'd still go to jail, whether I know where you live and are actually able to do it or not.
Real life threats are against the rules and should be treated as such. As soon as ppl get the feeling they can get away with it, they only become worse.

no its not a cheat. i've seen people with close to that number in one castle. even if they didnt have all that in 1 castle they could have easily transferred the soldiers that were in their outposts to their main for defense. once the treat's gone then they pull them back to their outposts.
