This is just ridiculous:
I only started playing a few days ago, but I am very active so far, about 16 hours activity/day, and castle L 11 already.
I have my 3 commanders raiding non-stop during my activity periods, they rarely stay in the castle and I usually see 10 or so rbcs burning around me; that is about 6 to 10 raids per hour.
I started my second map collection at about the same time the event became visible to me; I have now nearly finished this map collection, while I only obtained 5 relic pieces so far (equivalent to roughly 1 every 4 hours of playing, or 1 in every 24 to 40 raids).
With those odds of getting a relic piece it is obvioulsy impossible to get them all; so I looked at the cost of buying one; well, multiplied by the number necessay, that is just not going to happen...
its not impossible i finished the traveling knights mission in a half hour with out buying peices i also only have 9 commanders

if your army splits the commanders with the castles and outposts it will make you able to tdestory more higher level robber barons

i think the game should have lots of lv like about 250 and thats going to be a lot of fun and about the travelling knight well i am lv 35 but my rober baron is only lv 10 and i really dont do the travelling knight quest because its boring but can be pretty useful next time i will try and get that but i must get those rober barons stronger

try making not only 2 barons strong, but like 18 that could help you even if they are level 10

I found them all,just took alot of time and although I thought it was a money scam at 1st its not.6 commanders are needed really .I was level 15 at time and when I won them my food went to -800 or so per hour,needless to say my happy stone demanding neighbour recieved thier full force and I still have a good few left

It is an event, events appear now and then, they are visible below the south corner of your castle, in castle view.
You probably will not see them if you do not move your castle map now and then to see the fields and mining area.
Point 1: besides the fact that this is not directly related to what I was talking about, you got that wrong.
You might be correct thinking about the average L 5 newbie castle; I still have at least 1 day protection still to go, but I am already close to L 14, without having neglected the matching build up...
Point 2: until yesterday I was able to farm rbcs non-stop with very low loss ratio, but that ends when a RBC hits L 9.
I now have to farm them further away while I get ready to have the next level of units and equipment to deal with L 9+ rbcs with favorable odds on my end.
Regardless I am already maintaining an army larger than what I would have obtained from this event, and I am able to feed them as long as I keep farming rbcs.
firstly, i know you're level 13, level 5s shoudln't even bother trying the tk quest.
secondly, you have 3 level 3 farmhouses in your main castle (at the time of this post). that is standard for most players in order to complete the upgrade farmhouse quest. you have 1 farmhouse in your outpost. (whereas i have 4 and two 8s). try getting more of them, and higher level.
in addition, you haven't answered my point:
even if by some chance you beat all the odds and manage to get and sustain 160 travelling knights, you'll have very little or no defenders, and those knights WILL get thrashed if someone attacks you.
i understand that you can indeed farm enough resources (at the rate you're playing) to sustain your huge tk army, but what i'm trying to do here is draw attention to a few down sides of working for the tk quest. just some opinion, advice and such from an older player.
anywayz, i just found out about the new update from the link krishnavyas posted on pg 2. lower players get easier quests and more sutainable rewards. so yea.... :P

I have to concur with this answer, 160 travelling knights will use 640 food units an hour, this is unmanagable at lower levels. I only got mine at about level 33 or something.
A tip for getting the peices quicker though is to utilise shadow troops and attack lots of level 1 robber baron castles, 1 troop per attack you will always win, it can be a long process setting up attacks but well worth it ;-)

Consider if your ready to have extra 160 soldiers * 4 food per hour.... else it's all in vain.
They are not hard to get if you go at higher lvl RB's as suggested, it usually only takes a few hours (5h +- i would say) I never found any relics/pieces in the other worlds though... and never had to try.

yeah you can get relic pieces from attacking in the other kingdoms

I did not think it was this hard for some people to get traveling knights. I don't have this problem because i attack 15-20 barrons around lvls 12-23.http://i41.servimg.com/u/f41/17/41/78/59/barron10.jpg Are more by my other castles.
