What if ur brothers, and ur brother tells u to go on his account and log on, and hes sitting beside me. Or if he broke his wrist, and he wants me to control the mouse for him. Is that allowed. (He is always sitting beside me)

Hi all,
Let me put an end to this once and for all.
It is not allowed under ANY circumstances to use someone elses account no matter what permission they may have given you. If it is not your account, you cannot use it. Even if the player has actually left the game and you are taking over the account.

I play in Holland on a dutch server (spelletjes.nl) and we all are banned because we have used echothers account when we need to protect something when some one isn't online.
I hope we can play again soon.
I think it's rude to ban somemuch people at the same time , try to give warning next time.
Over 100 people that i know of are banned on the same moment last thursday.
So don't use other accounts

well if you can't just log on to your friends account just for a second to stop them going in to ruins, GGS should make a vacation mode, because it's not really fair that if you are going on holiday for a month you have to pay GGS just so your account does not get deleted

I'm not 100% sure I understand that, but you seem to be saying "I log on my son's account". If so, then I believe you owe me an apology for lying repeatedly.
It is in the terms + conditions when you join the game that you can NOT, under any circumstance, log in to another player's account or let anyone log into yours.

If you broke the rules, no-one cares whether you spent money on the game or not - you will still be banned. And you should be, otherwise it would be favouritism.

No, you don't have to log onto his account. I don't care if you bought him a million rubies, you don't have to log onto his account and you should not. It seems from what you've said that you are a parent, and a good parent would not cheat and get his/her son banned. A good parent would also not swear or say some other things you said to me, even online in a private message.

Hi all,
To be honest, i'm putting a stop to this now as there is no further discussion to be had over this subject.
In the event that you have other family members using the same IP address then you must inform support and they will check the details to prevent you being banned. If you are accessing anybody elses account then you are breaking the rules.
