i captured a outpost and was wondering if u can get a resource that it not labeled. For ex i have captured a outpost with food and stone is there any way to get more wood or do i have to wait the 2 wood per sec

you cant get any more than that for an food and stone outpost.

how do you know weather it a wood or stone or food outpost? and can change your outpost? or get rid of it if you want to find a woodcutter outpost?

Just click on the outpost and resources in it will be shown like 6 food,2 stone.This means that the outpost has no wood.To surrender your outpost visit the outpost then click on economy select management,here you will have the option to surrender your outpost.After doing this capture a outpost that most suits you.

1 last thing maybe, if i surrender my outpost do i lose all that exp.?

no you don't lose any XP, and by the way, you can simply trade resource with your main castle to store wood on the Outpost

When you get to a higher level you will need more stone than wood. When you get to an even higher level than food is much more important than both of those resources.

So Keep Decorative and Increase your food production in your main and outposts because the Higher the level your the Higher the Soldiers you need and to have more effective food production choose food-8 :D:D

yes, you can take an abandoned outpost, just send a capture attack normally (spy first to make sure it doesn't have lots of troops), after the attack hits (if you won) you will have to hold it for 24h after that you will take the resources, tools and the outpost itself, some random buildings will go into rubble but you can demolish them

It's easy Rizal

All you have to do is to click on the outpost and do a capture attack on the outpost, wait for 24 hours to get the outpost for yourself then the outpost is all yours.

Please don't go off topic. Obviously it is real, and so are Barbarian Fortresses, Desert Towers, Desert Fortresses and the equivalents in the Fire Peaks.
