One player attacked 3 or 4 times against our alliance and there were something like 2-5 minutes between the first and the last attack. Commanders outlook and stats were exactly same.
Can someone please explain me how is this possible and what are this ''golden commanders''?

What do you mean right behind your castle? Behind the keep you mean? If so move the keep.

how do you rank up in alliances, dies the leader give people ranks or does it go by levels or how much you give to your alliance or what?

the leader allocates ranks at will by making u general the 2nd highest title sergeant 3rd highest or member the lowest title which is the default rank

go to Geartab (tuigentabblad), click on a empty space and a second screen will open. Then you go to the defence section and choose it. It will costs 25 rubies.

Go to the battlement table on your construction menu. If you are able to upgrade then you will see a green arrow on the top left. When you click it will upgrade the walls if you have enough resources and it doesn't take time.

You can't. Just level up and send more waves.
