Use them when farming an inactive, just max out all slots.

They talk about capturing a capital palace. Are they located in outposts and you just have to luck onto one?

There are currently 6 capitals on USA1. They allow you to build a palace which allows you and your alliance to recruit kingsguards. It is heavily defended so I doubt the capture will succeed.

HOw can you change outposts? I want to move to a place but then my outpost will be far away, how can I drop that outpost and get another?

What i usually do is write it down before i go past the sign in page. If you still don't remember it or cant find it then you can make another file but it won't save

You cant support while you are gone, but you can donate to your alliance funds towards alliance members getting protection mode.
