If you mean the title before your username, go to rankings and click glory on the bottom left corner of the screen where the alliance tab, etc is. The glory button will bring up all titles and rewards given. I hope I answered your question.

beacause they haven't be online for a very long time, and soon their castle will be deleted it they don't return.

You cannot have one in your castle. The palaces are owned by only the top alliances on your server. You have to capture them. They will be the only 4th Outpost of an member in your alliance. However it is not easy to capture them as they will have by now a massive troops for defence.

How does the Researchers Camp work?
You need a level 2 research tower. The research is on the economy tab. You need to have unlocked reinforced axle level 2 and caravan level 2. It lets you research 4 new things.
