I dont think you can upgrade walls in resource villages (may be wrong) if that is what you mean.

Go to your castle and you will see a little white bubble above a citizen. Click on the bubble and you get a donation.

okay then i have a question. I am lvl 28 and i got an outpost with parks. How com when i stored it and tried to get it back it said i had to be lvl 32. Any ideas or am i stuck??? Plz answer

Homer27 is incorrect, If the first attack wins, the second one will bounce and you won't get anything from the second attack. If the first one fails, then the second one will hit, and if it succeed you will get the resources (if any)

You cannot restore parks that you stored (or any other decoration) that is not unlocked normally for your level. It is normal, you can't place them until you reach level 32.

Defense vs. M: 4 38
Defense vs. R: 23 36
This shows that Swordsmen are better attackers.
Swordsmen may be Versatile, but they are better defense.

I attacked an outpost owned by another player. I won and sent more units to defend it. Is it possible to recall only SOME of the attacking(occupying in process) units back BEFORE the outpost is fully mine?

On the subject of taking outposts. If someone were to covert mine and I had troops stationed there but out of the outpost (at another alliance members outpost or attacking something, or moving to another of my castles but not yet stationed there) what happens to those troops? Do I loose them?

Why can a lvl 50 player not capture the outpost of a lvl 70 player?
And if he can-how is it done?
