Yes. Take advantage of it. The guy is in ruins and most likely will not come back.

Im a good level and I am surrounded by level 50's who all want my shiny food op. I have 9 thousand rubies and am wondering which is better. A 6 food with a level 4 bakery, or an eight food?

6 food with lvl 4 bakery is better, but a 8 food is better than a 6 food with a lvl 1 bakery, I think

I keep getting attacked by a small low level alliance, more annoying than damaging. I have asked them to stop, but now they have declared war on my alliance. If i attack them i will lose a big amount of honour, any ideas on how to deal with this?

Your soldiers will dessert you. You will loose all the extra soldiers that are making your food negative - so that you have a positive food production or one of 0.

Do you have any pacts with smaller alliances or know anyone else that could attack them for you without loosing the honour?

Okay so im already a long time in the 'eternal glacier' but slowly making my castle there. But one thing i really dont understand. Your suppose to capture the 'material campings' (or i dunno how they are called in english). But when i started in eternal glaciers i was fully in the east with nobody next to me. So i thought that on one point there would spawn a new 'material camp' for me to capture fast. But after a few days when i looked again i saw that there where new camps next to me but they where all already captured from lvl 50+ people. So how do i suppose to capture them? do i Always need to recapture/attack the camps from other people?
And aswell how do they see the empty camps faster then me? I mean i looked so long for the new camps and i never saw a not captured camp.
I dont get this part of the eternal glaciers.

Well the kingdom is called Everwinter Glacier in English, and the "material campings" are resource villages (RVs). You have to check every so often, maybe 10 minutes? You are one of the lucky ones, you were spawned near the edge of the map, while some other players got spawned in other player's ruins, far from rvs. You guys all see the rvs at the same time, if not your game is probably lagging.

If you build more taverns in the same castle do you get more spies, or how do you accomplish that?

You can only build 3 taverns, only in your main castle in the Great Empire. The most you can get is 20 (15 without research).

Can you tell me something about wolfhounds? I saw a battle report where somebody was using them to attack a castle, and have heard others talking about using them to capture rsv's. What else can they do, and can you only get them through helping villagers on ice?

They are mostly only useful for speed, which is why people use them for rvs. You cannot currently get them except by trading with the villagers in Everwinter.
