im just started an alliance and one of my members asked med this...

By looking at travel overview, this can be found on the row on buttons at the bottom left of the game screen.

And there's another way- if an alliance member is being attacked soon, it will be shown on the top left section of the screen as a horn, and the time until the attack is also shown.
