Yesterday, while playing this game, my computer presented a very strange behavior and crashed. I had to turn it off.
When I turn it back on, I was unable to enter my account.
Typing the user name and password the message says:
User name and password wrong!
I am buying rubies to play, and I had just done before it crashed.
I am afraid that my card details might have been hacked or stolen.
Does anyone can help me please?

Strange I cannot log in into the game but with the same name and password I can log in into the forum.

Are you sure you're trying to log into the right server and it's not logging you into a different server where your account details aren't valid?

Like what Terriah said, make sure the server is correct. Sometimes, my server automatically changes to International 1 or 2 before I log in. Don't know why it happens, but it does. Contact support if you still can't log in, but remember to be patient. They have lots of tickets come in everyday.

Check the server. Maybe it is wrong. If not, someone could have gone on as you and changed your password.
