Ive Been lvl 27 For A While Now And Out Of No where I lost a recruitment slot and i can only recruit 1 soldier at a time now if anybodies experienced it let me know cause i want a solution.

This is a well known bug. Please post all bugs in the bug section of the forum. Please do a search before opening a new thread because there are tons of threads on this.
BTW, you can recruit 5 soldiers in one slot, so you can recruit 5 soldiers at a time.
(I really am getting sick of saying this - I could make it into my signature.)
