Once you've sent the e-mail to goodgame empire, you need to wait a few days before you get the 500 rubies.

I've voted too. however it wasn't easy.
First the stuff with registering.
These internetpages open very slow, it took half an hour.
Then the confirmation email (another half hour)
Then the menu, in where somewhere GoodGame Empire shold be mentioned.
Opening all menu's finding Goodgame took also half an hour.
The voting itself took 10 seconds.
Could this not made easier?

Hi RenGold,

As has been stated we have no control over the voting site at all, but it is fairly simple. All you acutally need to do it click on the browser game catagory and you can go straight to the voting page for Empire!

sssiiiggghh i just did lol. people should realize that its not a simple point click vote rubies appear. they say it will take time to get them to you. i think if people post here without reading the message in full and ask where their rubies are they shouldnt get any...its making useless and pointless threads because you cant read past "free stuff"

That's not what my concern is; I can't e-mail them information to get the rubies if the website never gave me the registration number or information I needed to get the rubies in the first place. I am willing to wait for them, but my question is, what about those of us who voted and got a blank page?

Did you read the bit where it said that it would take time? Someone has to manually go through every e-mail and check that they're correct, and then award the rubies. You can't expect them to be online 24/7 or to get through all of the e-mails when he/she is working.
