it says that I have completed this achievement when the highest level robber baron near me is level 11...is this a bug? im not sure whether it should go in the problems and bugs section.

I was keeping quiet in case they took the achievement points away and I lost rubies I'd been awarded

In this case, I think it's not a bug - the RBC equivalents in The Burning Sands are level 35 to start off with, so if you start in that kingdom then you automatically get the achievement.

good point, hope you are right, but they should probably give it more levels because of that maybe up to level 60 or something, I am guessing that firepeaks robber barons start around level 50

I think it should just be that other kingdom RBC equivalents don't count. They could even have seperate achievements for the barbarians, desert towers and fire peaks.

It could be but how do you know? Do you know a player who has not entered the Burning Sands, Fire Peaks or levelled up 15 RBCs to level 35 but has got the achievement?

I'm afraid that I don't understand that. If you were trying to prove that it was a bug then I don't think we need any more proof than what Drummelda said. If you were trying to say something else, please explain what you were trying to say.

there are no RBC's in the Fire peaks, the cultists towers starting level is 45 by the way

I'm afraid that I don't understand that. If you were trying to prove that it was a bug then I don't think we need any more proof than what Drummelda said. If you were trying to say something else, please explain what you were trying to say.
yeah i already knew it was a bug, it happened to me but it got fixed.
