What does it signify when an exclamation mark is displayed under a players castle name on the world map?

My best guess is that (s)he is looking for an alliance

What does it signify when an exclamation mark is displayed under a players castle name on the world map?
That means that a player is available and willing to join someone's alliance/group. Groups/alliances can see this player then in a list for possible new members for their group/alliance.
