How / When can a player launch a multiple wave attack?

Level? Generals? Help appreciated.

You gain more waves at certain levels. You obviously start off with 1, and you can end up with 4. You get the second one at level 13 (I think). I'm not sure about the numbers for the other waves, but I think you get the 3rd one at about level 20 (it's definitely below level 43, and probably a LOT lower than 43), and you get the 4th wave after level 43 (no idea how much after).

Yep, all I know is that the second one comes at lvl 13, and that's a fact
