Strangely, An RBC attacked me when I was offline, Is that a bug or is it normal? I've seen it posted so many times that RBC's only attack when your online. Oh, and what does the healing rate thingy do? I haven't noticed what it does

It is normal. You don't know what to expect from a RBC.

Yes, I'm fairly certain as it had the RBC flag, and was called Crif the claw

RBCs start the attack when you are online. You might not see the attack when you are online, because it might not be close enough, especially if you don't have a watchtower.

But that means the attack started 12 hours before it landed?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand.
The RBC attacks. You can't see it yet. You sign off. You come back online, say, 12 hours later. You get a battle report from ~11 hours ago telling you about the RBC attack.
BTW, the "healing rate thingy" makes a %age of your troops survive. Obviously, all of the armed citizens "regenerate" anyway, but this makes your actual troops (spearmen, archers, longbowmen, veteran bowmen etc.) survive. The %age that survive automatically starts off fairly high, and slowly drops down when you level up. At level 20, the percentage is 10% and it stays there. The medico can be hired for 999 rubies per week, and it adds 15% to whatever the percentage is.
The %age of troops survive whether you win or lose. This only applies to defending.
So, let's say that I am a level 60. I have not hired the medico. I lose all 620 of my veteran spearmen and all 550 of my veteran bowmen in the battle. Since 10% survive, I still have 62 veteran spearmen and 55 veteran bowmen left in my castle.

Ok, thanks. Let me explain, When I woke up (which was at 1pm) I had a message which said, "Raid: Victory" and it also said it was sent an hour ago (12 pm) When I said the attack must have started 12 hours before it landed, thats because the last time I was online was midnight (12 hours from midnight to 12 pm)
Thanks again

I'm sorry - I have no explanation for that. Support (http://support.goodgamestudios.com/) might.
