why is it tht i can make all defensive soldiers and tools in like a couple of hrs, but when ever i make offensive type soldiers and toold example: Macemen and ladders, it takes 19 hours to make? what the hell? is this a bug? ?( it also has in a big font SLOWER. over the top of all of the offensive soldiers and tools. please someone help me ;(

This is not a bug.
That is because you are under protection.
Once you bought protection, other players cannot attack you. But you cannot build up attackers as well.
You only can build up your defenders. This is quite fair.

When you buy the protection mode, it says:
If you're going to pay 5,000 rubies or maybe even more for protection, at least bother to read 2 paragraphs of text.
Protects your castle and outposts from all attacks. However, you cannot launch attacks during this period, and your attack units will be produced much more slowly. On the other hand, your castle will not be reduced to rubble during this period.
Tip: There is a lead time of 24 hours before the effect starts. After that you can cancel it, and you will have to wait 48 hour(s) before you can start it again.
